"The best artist never stops learning," Karen Latham says. "There is always some way to better your art. You must keep an open mind and be willing to change your work as needed."
Beginning at the age of 10, Karen Latham realized that she had a very special artistic gift. Since then, she has taught herself to use her creative talents and studied with prominent contemporary artists. Karen Latham also has a degree in biology. Dedicated continuous study of artistic techniques and experimentation has led Karen Latham to develop her own even stronger personal creative style.
Karen has won numerous awards and exhibits throughout the U.S. and the U.K. She has raised thousands of dollars for wildlife and environmental conservation through her paintings and artwork. In sharing the special magic of wildlife and nature in her paintings, Karen hopes to help the viewer to better appreciate the natural world around them.
